I took the exam today. 21/22 questions were from Exams. Some answers were a little different with small wording changes. Only 2/3 questions were totally different but can easily be answered.

Just confirming what others have said, passed today 01/06/2022, in Stratford London.
I did read the book once as I find particularly the history interesting, however all questions were the same/slight variation from Exams 1-16.

I pass my test yesterday first time on 30/05/2022 throughout this practice my advise to all who want to pass the test on first attempt you must to all 40 practice not the 16 only and make sure the correct answer should be around 20 to 22 if you done that 100% you will pass
